Field Installer Assembler

Responsibilities

• Develop and share a written plan for assembling equipment in chronological order.

• Apply the plan to the assembly and installation of equipment.

• Prepare equipment and material prior to the installation process at customer sites.

• Assemble Micro Tech equipment.

• Demonstrate organizational skills.

• Install Micro Tech equipment.

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair all Micro Tech equipment.

• Maintain an adequate installation parts inventory.

• Generate weekly status reports on equipment build and install operations.

• Maintain D.O.T. logbook.

• Maintain FDA compliance.

• Count all parts received and match to packing list on a daily basis.

• Other Duties/Responsibilities as assigned.

• Weekly overnight travel

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to teach others.

• Computer skills, including MS Office

• Technical degree with Ag related background and one year of equipment installation and service, or three years of equivalent experience

• Proven soft skills – analytics, problem solving, etc.

• Demonstrated success in periodizing and time management.

• DOT Medical Card.

• Electrical training or experience

• Plumbing training or experience

• Customer relations

• Troubleshooting expertise
