Change Management Training Specialist
Primary Location Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota Job ID R108423 ApplyThe Change Management Training Specialist is responsible to evaluate the technical training needs and use best practices methodology to develop and implement corresponding curriculum. The role will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Essential Functions
- Develop content for ongoing technical training to support deployment and updates of SAP and other critical applications
- Develop and organize training job aids, multimedia visual aids, and other educational or performance support materials
- Create and update eLearning courses as needed in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to support training needs across all employee groups
- Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage project-related user enrollments, course deployment, tracking, and reporting
- Update the SharePoint site to manage new and updated training materials for system end users
- Gather metrics from SharePoint site and LMS training materials usage
- Support organizational change and help manage the resistance to that change
- Actively learn about end users and how they use the systems so that you understand the change impacts
- Assess, analyze, and make recommendations based on surveys and feedback to ensure that OCM efforts improve readiness of system and process changes
- Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities
- May facilitate training sessions with system end users, ensuring questions are answered and knowledge is transferred with some assistance
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in training and development, technical writing, or technology related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 2 years Experience with training, technical writing, or organizational change management
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and/or video tools such as Camtasia; Storyline experience preferred
Preferred Requirements
- SAP knowledge desired
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office templates including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization in both technical and user-friendly language
- Demonstrated time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with a team; building strong working relationships with all levels within the organization
- Knowledge of adult learning best practices

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $66,600.00 - $81,600.00
