Indirect Sourcing Specialist - Real Estate

We are seeking a versatile and proactive person to support our Corporate Real Estate initiatives while also contributing to broader Indirect Sourcing priorities. This role will serve as a key liaison across business units, procurement, finance, and vendor partners. While the primary focus will be on real estate strategy, technology integration, and portfolio management, the analyst will also support sourcing activities across IT, Facilities, and other indirect categories. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Real Estate & Facilities Support

  • Serve as the primary interface for day-to-day corporate real estate operations.
  • Align real estate processes across business units, finance, procurement, and vendor partners.
  • Support integration and adoption of real estate technologies and tools.
  • Conduct financial modeling, proposal comparisons, and cost-benefit analyses (CBAs). Track and analyze key real estate metrics, sustainability goals, and vendor performance.
  • Provide analytical support for operational vendors including landlords, brokers, and facilities managers.
  • Liaise with Accounting, Financial Services, Legal, and Procurement on contracts, invoices, and asset tracking.
  • Support corporate project budget and schedule tracking.
  • Manage and support real estate transactions including lease execution, diligence, contracting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in vendor selection and RFP processes for real estate and facilities services.
  • Build dashboards and presentations to communicate project lifecycle, financials, and executive updates.
  • Other duties as assigned

Indirect Sourcing & Procurement Support

  • Support sourcing initiatives across IT, Facilities, and other indirect categories.
  • Manage RFI/RFP processes, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and bid evaluation.
  • Obtain and analyze quotes, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders (POs) as needed.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) for accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Track savings, support supplier development, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with enterprise goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and present reports and dashboards to track project status, sourcing metrics, and spend analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Real Estate, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in project management, sourcing, or real estate operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, GEP).
  • Contract negotiation experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Working Conditions
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required.
  • This person must be within a commutable distance to our Mendota Heights office. Hybrid work 2 days a week in office.


The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $52,200.00 - $63,900.00
