Sales Enablement Technology Specialist
Primary Location Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota Job ID R110680 ApplyThe Sales Enablement Specialist will serve as an internal Salesforce expert who will guide our end users through the Salesforce implementation, provide ongoing support to sales professionals to enable maximum value of Salesforce. Partnering closely with sales teams, IT and external implementation partners, the Salesforce Enablement Specialist will help translate business needs into scalable solutions, support ongoing training and change readiness, and will strive for continuous improvement by identifying enhancements that maximize the value Salesforce delivers to our organization. As a Salesforce champion for our business, the Salesforce Enablement Specialist's role is critical to ensuring our successful adoption of and engagement with Salesforce.
Essential Functions
- Partner with implementation team and internal stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is designed to support Patterson’s sales processes and business flows.
- Create documentation, job aids, and playbooks for non-technical sales professionals; deliver engaging training programs that support initial and sustained Salesforce adoption by sales teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce questions, troubleshooting, and best practices; triage and resolve issues.
- Engage business stakeholders to identify enhancements and process improvements that drive adoption and engagement; prioritize the product backlog.
- Build and optimize reports and dashboards for sales professionals and executives; help ensure data is decision‑ready.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to enable best‑in‑class usage of Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, territory alignment, and account planning.
- Monitor Salesforce usage data to identify gaps, trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and improvements, and develop communication plans to keep end users informed of new features and best practices
- Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or related area, or equivalent education and/or experience
- 5 years Experience supporting Salesforce users, specifically using Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ) in a sales or revenue operations environment
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and
- Experience in creating and delivering in-person, live online, and on-demand training content and
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM implementations, including training and user adoption and
Preferred Requirements
- Experience using or supporting enablement tools such as Seismic and Hubspot and
- Experience using Salesforce in a sales role and
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and adult learning principles and
- Salesforce Einstein AI or Agentforce experience and
Skills and Abilities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority across multiple groups including sales, marketing, IT and external partners
- Exceptional communication and facilitations skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for B2B Sales Professionals
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management
- Knowledge of end-user adoption strategies to support training, enablement, and ongoing engagement.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $85,500.00 - $106,800.00
