Sr Manager Change Management

The Sr. Manager of Change Management is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives and building a culture of change readiness and agility. This role oversees the Organization Change Management team, including Senior Change Management Specialists and Deployment specialist and partners with leadership and business units to ensure successful adoption of transformational programs. The Sr. Manager will lead the evolution of the change management strategy, establish governance, and lead the execution of frameworks, tools, and best practices that enable sustainable business outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Enhance and operationalize an enterprise-wide change management framework, tools, and capability-building strategies.
  • Establish and or enhance governance and standards for change management practices across the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of change management professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on change plans, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners, leaders and project sponsors, coaching them on effective sponsorship and leadership behaviors during change.
  • Influence decision-making and ensure alignment between change initiatives and business objectives.
  • Partner across Talent Management team to embed change principles throughout leadership programs.
  • Oversee large-scale, complex change initiatives, ensuring integration with project management and business readiness plans.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption metrics, risks, change impacts and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Drive organizational change maturity by embedding change management principles into business processes and leadership development programs.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in change management methodologies including the enterprise-wide adoption of the AIM methodology.
  • Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned


People Management

  • Accountable for team staffing and managing direct reports to include development, performance management, goal setting, and other managerial duties
  • Ensures direct reports are aware of and follow ethical business practices and Company’s Code of Conduct to maintain a supportive and productive working environment.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 8 years of experience in organizational change management, including leadership of enterprise-level initiatives.
  • 3 years of experience in leadership or management.
  • Proven experience influencing senior executives and driving strategic change in a large, complex organization.


Skills and Abilities

  • Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, AIM)
  • Familiarity with change management tools (e.g., ADKAR, ChangeScout, or similar platforms) and digital adoption solutions.
  • Ability to leverage data to measure change adoption, engagement, and ROI.
  • Ability to align change initiatives with enterprise strategy and manage a portfolio of change programs.
  • Experience embedding change readiness into leadership development and organizational culture programs.
  • Experience leading change for large-scale initiatives such as digital transformation, mergers/acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
  • Strong understanding of management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Continuously identifying practices to develop and apply tools, techniques, and approaches to managing change throughout various levels of the organization

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $123,200.00 - $154,100.00
