The Senior Pricing Analyst creates and captures value using innovative pricing strategies. Prices products effectively, from vendor to customer, to retain existing customers and bring on new ones through Requests for Proposals and Bids while maintaining profitability. Provides reporting and business analysis to business leaders.

Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Independently migrates through complex systems and data with little training
Simultaneously manages multiple high-level projects
Works closely with the business team to analyze current prices and determine strategies
Utilizes deep data analysis methodologies to identify alternative pricing approaches in the market
Maintains pricing database with the team to support pricing activities
Brings outside professional knowledge and best practices into the organization to further advance the differentiation and efficacy of the pricing approach
Develops and prepares reporting packages for business and sales leaders
Understands the operating metrics of our customers
Performs special projects and ad-hoc reporting as new business opportunities and challenges warrant
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Business or related field
4+ years of Pricing and Financial Analysis required
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proficient in Data Visualization Tools (for example Power BI / Tableau)
Working Conditions
Physical Demands
Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday
May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment
Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing
Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers and vendors
Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents
Environmental Factors
This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $77,200.00 - $100,333.33
