Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst will utilize multiple systems to analyze supply chain operations and key activities to enhance business operations visibility and present data-driven actionable insights. As part of an analytics team, this role will deliver detailed data insights that support best practices alignment amongst multiple business units, improvement in customer experiences and inventory optimization. This position is the driving force to gain best practices amongst multiple business units, improvement in fill rate performance and overall supply chain operations efficiency.  To be successful in this role requires a candidate with strong skills in problem solving, data analysis, proactive communication and solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.

Essential Functions

  • Participate in operations and supply chain projects to achieve aligned company and departmental goals
  • Design, monitor and report key metrics to bring actionable insights to reduce company’s operations cost
  • Drive initiatives on data and analytics operations and supply chain to further improve companies’ overall performance focusing on operations’ efficiencies, margin enhancement and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with business and IT to build and enhance BI architecture to enable out-of-box business reporting and self-service reporting
  • Expand domain knowledge to be a subject matter expert in systems and data related to logistics operations and supply chain practices
  • Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering or related fields
  • 2+ years of Operations and Supply Chain management experience
  • ERP/Advanced Planning systems experiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain analytics including proficiency in Business Intelligence, advanced Excel (VBA) or other tools
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working with cross-functional business teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CSCP/CPIM certification preferred
  • Prior systems experience in analytics and supply chain planning preferred
  • Prior experience in inventory management and optimization is a plus
  • Understating multiple planning system, IT or experiences in IT coding

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $53,500.00 - $65,500.00
