Dairy Tech LLC is a Windsor based company providing dairy and beef producers with calf management products and protocols. We are currently looking to hire a new team member that assists with the production and assembly of our pasteurizer equipment. In addition, this position will assist with general warehouse duties including picking products out of inventory and packing the orders for shipment. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with assembly work that includes working with hand tools.

The successful candidate with work directly with our existing production team to quickly learn the functionality of our pasteurizer equipment. This position required both independent and team aptitude to meet the daily requirements of the job. In any given day this job will perform assembly work, machine repair and troubleshooting, customer service calls and order fulfillment in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team environment to complete assembly and repair of machines.

  • Assist with machine service calls - troubleshooting done mostly by phone.

  • Warehouse duties including fulfillment of customer orders - includes picking product and packaging for shipment.

  • Helping to maintain an organized, clean and safe production room and warehouse.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience relating to production or assembly of products

  • General aptitude for reliable order fulfillment.

  • Strong logic and intermediate mathematics skills

  • Competencies in the area of customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication

  • Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals in a fast-paced working environment

  • General computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to pass background screening and drug test

  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with electrical component assembly work

  • Warehouse experience preferred, including ability to drive a forklift


The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $19.95 - $25.19
