The Technology Services & Sales Rep supports customers, including farms, producers, and veterinarians, by providing technical expertise, on-farm training, and product-focused guidance that improves colostrum management, calf health, and overall operational efficiency. This role serves as a bridge between needs of the field and our internal teams, helping translate customer challenges and industry research into actionable insights.
Essential Functions
Provide on farm technical support to producers, calf managers, and veterinarians to ensure proper use of equipment and related protocols
Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high quality service, follow up, and long-term customer satisfaction
Deliver training on best practices for colostrum collection, handling, storage, hygiene, and feeding
Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and emerging issues in calf health, colostrum science, and neonatal management
Communicate relevant research, field observations, and customer feedback to internal teams to strengthen our product development, training materials, and technical resources
Support international projects and assist in training global partners, distributors, and government entities when needed
Represent professionally at farms, industry events, trainings, and partner meetings
Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or international equivalent of DVM and
5 years industry experience in dairy production, calf management, or related area
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Experience with teaching and troubleshooting while building trust with customers
Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
Passion for animal health in the area of supporting dairy and beef producers
Capable of solving complex problems and providing value-added solutions for customers and the business

Environmental Conditions
Facility: This position is in a fulfillment center. The fulfillment center is a warehouse for the storage and distribution of dental and/or animal health supplies and equipment. In general, the building’s primary work area consists of pallet storage racking, roller storage, and small item storage shelving. The facility may use powered conveyor systems for the transportation of products. Pallet jacks and forklifts are used for palletized products. Some positions require use of safety equipment, which is provided as needed.
Primary Traveling: This position requires traveling to customer locations and providing services and support to customers.
Remote: This position primarily completes work from a remote setting, most commonly, a home office. This may be referenced as flexible workplace.
Travel Requirements
50% Includes regular regional or national travel to US-based farms for visits and support. Could include occasional international travel, depending on project locations and business needs.
This position is paid on a commission basis.
