The core responsibilities of the Regional Process Lead is to provide consistent training and be a positive advocate for process improvements while being a hands on support to our front-line system users. Essential Functions

Monitor and analyze system effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback and provide assessment to Regional Leadership.
Collaborate with Regional Operations Specialist(s) and peers to provide/offer consistent system training for all new hires and current employees throughout the region.
Analyze and report on process enhancements, provide continuing education, identify employee training gaps, and monitor training quality in collaboration with Regional leadership.
Proactive engagement with product release cycles to understand content and training needs based on new features and product enhancements.
Responsible for testing new system designs from vendor and advocate for new features that will support front-line customer needs and enhanced sales performance.
Act as regional subject matter expert to end users and provide transactional support on system and troubleshoot issues that arise daily/weekly. Resolve customer problems or concerns timely to limit business disruption.
Responsible for tracking and reporting on reoccurring errors and inefficiencies to Regional leadership.
Monitor process performance and identifying areas for system or process improvements. Closing gaps for assigned areas by taking a hands on approach to ensure back orders and open orders are submitted.
Support Regional leadership to ensure policies, procedures, guidelines and standards are in compliance throughout the region.
Partner with branch leadership on ongoing coaching and mentoring of employees to improve performance.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum 2 years of experience in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also being able to contribute to a team environment.
Possesses a strong work ethic and takes ownership of both company and customers goals/objectives
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to influence or lead a group of peers
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organization skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to facilitation training for both in person and remote settings.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience working with SAP
2 years of comparable Patteron experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or TechEdge
Valid driver’s license along with good driving record
Experience with data analysis is helpful
Working Conditions
Physical Demands
Operating a computer or other office devices for most of the workday
May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment
Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers, and vendors
Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.
Environmental Factors
Must have reliable home internet with enough bandwidth for video conferencing.
This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building.
Occasional need to work in a warehouse setting and minimal requirement to climb ladders when supporting assigned branches in region.
Travel and On-call
Remote position with up to 50% travel within the assigned region
Ability to work occasional after hours or extended schedules when required
Reliable transportation or the ability to travel between worksites during working hours is required.
