The Operations Specialist I is assigned to 1-2 focus areas according to department needs. The Operations Specialist I can execute all basic functions and tasks of their assigned focus areas. The Patterson Technology Center Operations consists of five focus areas:
Dental Account Maintenance
Contract Administration
Change of Practice Ownership
Billing
Accounts Payable
Essential Functions

Manage incident queue(s) as assigned
Manage customer call backs in team rotation
Customer documentation maintenance
Manage customer accounts/contracts via Patterson systems
Generate reports as assigned
Process customer orders and billing
Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
0-2 years qualified experience in related field
Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
Requires a consistent, positive attitude and respect for high quality standards
Strong organizational, attention to detail and task follow-up skills
Highly self-motivated and directed
Proficient and accurate PC/keyboarding skills
Email proficiency
Committed to be a team player
Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree
Data entry experience
This position is eligible for remote work; candidates must reside in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, ID, IL, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MN, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, OR, RI, SD, TX, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI to be considered.
Working Conditions
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a seated position 85% percent of the time
Must be able to operate computer daily

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $15.19 - $18.65
