As an Office Clerk, you will support all office and administrative operations for your location. You will be responsible for daily office activities including but not limited to: scanning, running reports, event planning and communications, maintain data records and files, data entry, route incoming phone calls, and greet visitors.
Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:00
Starting Wage $21/Hr
Essential Functions

Work could include, but not limited to:
Office
- Answer telephone and greet guests in a professional manner
- Route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
- Scan all necessary purchase orders and invoices to appropriate files
- Process and distributes daily operations reports
- Enter all building errors accurately into required systems and files
- Update and maintain employee events and communications board
- Maintain the housekeeping and sanitation standards of the distribution center including ordering all supplies for facility
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
Expeditor
- Processes orders requiring special handling as required by branch personnel, sales staff or end-user.
- Investigate and complete inquiries for customer issue resolution program.
Returns
- Processes returned merchandise from customers or vendors from start to finish
- Work with Sales Rep’s on customer returns to ensure processing is properly completed
- Work with Sales Managers and Vendor Returns Department to ensure reimbursements from vendor when needed
DSCSA
- Authenticate all products and drugs received at the fulfillment center
- Collect paperwork from the vendors that verifies they also authenticated the of custody of the drug
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Competent computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with standard office equipment
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds: continuous, moderate or occasional heavy physical activity

- This position has the possibility to train and certify the use of a variety of forklifts.
The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $15.19 - $18.80
