As a Regional Controller, you will be responsible for managing the finance and accounting department for the region. You will also monitor operations for the region and implement changes when needed and will assure internal controls are in in place and enforced.

Financial Controls
Supervise the activities of the regional accounting center
Preform monthly financial close in timely and accurate manner
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts monthly
Yearly develop regional budgets
Quarterly develop financial forecasts
Develop information and present meaningful operations reviews to the Division
Provide information to satisfy external financial reporting requirements when needed
Provide support and direction for the regional management, sales and operations teams when needed.
Contribute leadership as needed to direct reports. Assist in objective planning and feedback throughout the year. Furnish knowledge and training as needed.
People Management:
Manages direct reports including the hiring, development, performance management, goal setting, and other managerial duties.
Ensures direct reports are aware of and follow established business policies, practices, and Company’s Code of Conduct to create a supportive and productive working environment.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
At least 5 years of accounting or finance experience, knowledge of accounting principles, and demonstrated inventory, costing, general ledger and financial analysis skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet work and project deadlines producing high quality output.
Excellent prioritization & organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables.
Verbal & written communication skills that provide direct, succinct messages and can be understood by financial and non-financial business partners.
Ability to identify areas of improvement and work with management to optimize processes.
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP
Previous experience with SAP
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
CPA or CMA
Working Conditions
Physical Demands
Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday
May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment
Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers and vendors
Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.
Environmental Factors
This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.
Travel and On-Call
This position requires occasional travel (25%) in a national area.
The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $109,100.00 - $145,433.33
