Data Integrations Engineer III
Primary Location Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota Additional Location(s) Loveland, Colorado Job ID R109946 ApplyThe Data Integrations Engineer III designs and implements scalable, secure integrations between SAP ERP, CRM, MDM (Master Data Management), and eCommerce platforms. The role delivers real time APIs, near real time message/event flows, and batch/micro batch data pipelines, optimizing for performance, reliability, and maintainability using Azure Integration Services, SAP Integration Suite, or Informatica IDMC.
*This role will be Hybrid (2-days a week in office) and it is required that you are located within 50 miles of our Corporate Offices in either Mendota Heights, MN or Loveland, CO. In-person attendance is expected to foster collaboration, innovation, and team connection.
Essential Functions
Design and develop integration solutions across SAP ERP/CRM/MDM/eCommerce using one or more of: Azure Integration Services (Data Factory, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid), SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh), or Informatica IDMC (Application Integration, Cloud Integration Hub, Cloud Data Integration).
Implement real time (API led), event driven (pub/sub, EDA), and batch/micro batch patterns; tune throughput and latency.
Build integration monitoring, alerting, and retries; perform root cause analysis and production support; build data quality controls.
Author technical specs; lead peer code reviews; mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Collaborate with architects and platform teams to align solutions with standards and governance.
Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree or equivalent education and/or experience
5 years Experience in application and data integration
Experience with source code management and CI/CD.
Experience with API security (OAuth2/OIDC), secrets management, and schema validation
Demonstrated experience integrating SAP ERP, CRM, MDM and eCommerce platforms.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in an environment connecting multiple iPaaS solutions and adhering to the strategy to match appropriate iPaaS to appropriate use cases.
Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in at least one iPaaS: Azure Integration Services, SAP Integration Suite, or Informatica IDMC.
Strong understanding of API management, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Service Bus), schema/contract management, and ETL/ELT.
Hands on with API security (OAuth2/OIDC), secrets management, and schema validation
Leadership of major technical initiatives.
Exposure to product planning and ROI concepts for integration initiatives.
Perform data mapping and transformation
Debug and resolve integration issues across environments
Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams
Participate in code reviews and apply feedback
Ability to analyze integration requirements and propose solutions
The compensation range for this role is below.
$100,000 - $120,000
The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $96,500.00 - $120,600.00
