Service Coordinator

The Strategic Accounts Service Coordinator will be responsible for the execution and coordination for our division’s equipment installation projects and the monitoring and execution of all service needs. Additionally, the role will partner with our Patterson field teams to support project coordination, dispatch, and customer communication, ensuring all deliverable timelines are met or exceeded.

Essential Functions

  • Act as the liaison between the local Patterson branch and the corporate customer for equipment and service projects.

  • Work with branch personnel to ensure equipment and parts are ordered, installed, and invoiced according to our customer’s requirements and protocol.

  • Provide accurate customer equipment quotes utilizing customer equipment pricing formularies and contracts

  • Identify and resolve pending technical service or equipment field issues. This includes timelines, confirmations, and customer communication.

  • Management and tracking all equipment and service projects.

  • Following up with the manufacturers on lead times and product availability.

  • Handle calls from the customer, from a corporate and local level, and acquires all information, assign and submit requests for scheduled service for repair calls and equipment installations.

  • Ensure branches follow any service and equipment requirements of Special Markets customers.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Additional functions

  • In addition to the essential functions listed above, the incumbent may perform the following additional functions.

  • Management and maintenance of any third-party service/scheduling ticketing systems. (i.e. Service Channel, Corrigo etc.)

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher required OR Equivalent of education and experience.

  • 4+ years in project coordination, dispatch, or logistics required. 

  • Excellent written and verbal/phone communication skills.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer skills required.

  • Excel experience preferred


The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $20.38 - $24.95
