Sr. Product Manager - Growth Programs

Product Manager is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle for assigned products and programs from market assessment and product planning through launch, enhancement, and ongoing performance optimization, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role is accountable for developing product and marketing strategies, translating market and customer insights into product requirements, and leading cross-functional initiatives that drive product performance, customer value, and business results. This role independently leads complex product initiatives, influences cross-functional decision-making, and recommends improvements that enhance product competitiveness and lifecycle outcomes.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and manage marketing programs for assigned products and product categories throughout the product life cycle to strengthen market positioning, customer engagement, and business performance

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify product or program requirements, emerging trends, enhancement opportunities, and emerging trends that inform product strategy

  • Develop and execute product lifecycle strategies, including product direction, pricing, packaging, promotional initiatives, budget planning, and future product development plans

  • Manage portfolios throughout the lifecycle, from planning and development through launch, enhancement, and ongoing performance evaluation in support of organizational objectives

  • Track program performance and engagement metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions that maximize utilization, profitability and success

  • Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and competitive positioning

  • Develop product documentation and provide product expertise, technical knowledge, status updates, and lifecycle insights

  • Prepare, coordinate, and lead program introductions, launches, updates, and related activities to ensure successful implementation, market readiness, and adoption

  • Serve as a liaison among cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, share portfolio information, and facilitate effective collaboration throughout the product development process

  • Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5 years of experience in product management, product development, marketing, or related field

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep knowledge of product management principles, practices, and product life cycle methodologies

  • Expertise in market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessment techniques

  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and support product decisions

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities

  • Ability to translate market and customer requirements into actionable product strategies and specifications

Travel Requirements: 20%

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $109,100.00 - $145,433.33
