Job Summary

The Vistex Analyst role is responsible for the administration and analysis for our sales commissions to ensure accuracy of sales employees eligibility and compliance with sales plan provisions. This position will work in a fast-paced environment utilizing analytical and decision-making skills with a variety of responsibilities including data gathering and analysis with tools such as SAP, BI and Excel. This position will liaison between Human Resources and Field Sales with excellent documentation skills, ability to work with confidential documents, with a strong desire to drive for results.

Essential Functions

  • Administration of sales field compensation through accurate maintenance and analysis of plan agreements, Employee eligibility, Commission rate changes and analysis of Management of adjustments, Field requests and Corporate Operations requests

  • Gather and analyze data from various systems such as Sap and Business Intelligence System (BI) to validate or recommend updates to field submitted adjustments

  • Convert data into easily understood information that can drive decision making for management and internal customers

  • Reconciliation and communication of sales compensation eligibility changes to support month end close

  • Organization of cross-functional department tasks to ensure desired results are achieved

  • Act as a liaison between Human Resources Business Partners and General Managers

  • Develop a strong understanding of data flow and downstream impacts of decisions to ensure desired outcome of sales employees commissions

  • Make recommendations to help General Managers find the best solutions to their needs by analyzing sales commission data to make recommendations to business leaders

  • Develop, document, and/or evaluate processes to streamline workflow while ensuring compliance with regulatory compliance requirements and company compensation plan provisions

  • Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business or related field

  • 2+ years of work experience in related field or business

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, specifically advanced Excel skills, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work with confidential information

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to create reports in multiple platforms

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, willingness to learn and share knowledge

  • Understanding of business process and experience in financial reporting and analysis

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in complex systems with little supervision

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

  • Manages deadlines and adapts to changing priorities

Preferred Requirements

  • Proficiency in SAP


The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $66,600.00 - $81,600.00
