Southeastern Regional President

The Regional President is responsible for leading, managing, and coaching a team of Managers to execute the company’s sales and operations strategies. This position will be directly accountable to attain the company and regional sales plans and objectives and reinforce within their region. As the Regional President you will be responsible for setting regional goals, applying success metrics, developing and deploying competitive strategies to maximize the company’s growth and profitability through providing quality service to the customer.

  • Direct leadership and management of a team of experienced business leaders in geographically dispersed locations.

  • Responsible for the effective operations, profitability, and growth of branch locations within the region.

  • Identify and seize opportunities to build organizational efficiency and process improvements to positively impact business results.

  • Utilize knowledge and expertise of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to optimize our strategy to deliver sales results at the regional level.

  • Utilize internal resources, such as market data and analysis to shape regional business plans and to provide insight and guidance to branch plans to drive business results.

People Management:

  • Manages direct reports including the hiring, development, performance management, goal setting, and other managerial duties.

  • Ensures direct reports are aware of and follow established business policies, practices, and Company’s Code of Conduct to create a supportive and productive working environment.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in general business, management, sales or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 7 years of experience at a senior leadership level.

  • Strong track record of achieving results individually and through the leadership of others. Must have the ability to motivate and coach staff and provide leadership and direction to members of the team.

  • Proven relationship building skills with the ability to work creatively and independently to identify and develop relationships.

  • Experience working in B2B with a field-based sales organization.

  • Financial and business analysis acumen, including the ability to understand financial reports and operating statements.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to drive changes within the organization to meet evolving business needs.

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the capability of articulating the Company’s ongoing strategic product/market vision to employees and customers.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and Company staff.

  • Commitment to innovation, integrity and partnership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree; MBA preferred.

  • Previous general management experience and/or other strategic managerial positions within the organization.

  • Prior knowledge of sales and asset management is a plus.

  • At least 1 year of previous industry experience.

Working Conditions

Physical Demands

  • Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday

  • May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment

  • Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing. 

  • Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers and vendors

  • Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.

Environmental Factors

This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.

Travel and On-Call

Travel up to 50- 75% of the time is required on a regional/national level.
