Job Summary
The QA Technician Senior is responsible for performing quality assurance and quality control activities that ensure products, processes, and operations comply with established quality, reliability, regulatory, and industry standards. This role is accountable for evaluating quality performance, analyzing inspection results, identifying quality issues and improvement opportunities, and supporting consistent adherence to quality processes through audits, documentation, and recommendations.

**This is an onsite role, 5 days a week in Waukesha**

Essential Functions

  • Perform quality control inspections and tests at various stages of product and operational processes to verify compliance with quality, reliability, and regulatory standards
  • Analyze quality and statistical data, identify deviations and trends, and prepare summaries that support accurate assessment of quality performance
  • Conduct process quality audits, document inspection findings, and maintain records that demonstrate compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate quality issues and non-routine compliance concerns, determine contributing factors, and recommend corrective actions that improve quality outcomes
  • Recommend enhancements to quality standards, methods, procedures, and measurement techniques that strengthen consistency and operational effectiveness
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality assurance policies, procedures, and methods used to evaluate and improve products, materials, components, and operations
  • Ensure services, processes, and facilities comply with organizational quality standards, external quality frameworks, and applicable government regulations
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced team members on quality processes, documentation practices, and quality assurance standards
  • Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing quality, compliance, inspection, or a related field


Preferred Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or technical certification in quality assurance or related area


Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, practices, and standards
  • Ability to analyze inspection results, quality data, and trends to identify issues and recommend improvements
  • Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of quality documentation, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Ability to interpret and follow quality procedures, specifications, and technical instructions
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Environmental Conditions

  • Facility: This position is in a fulfillment center. The fulfillment center is a warehouse for the storage and distribution of dental and/or animal health supplies and equipment. In general, the building’s primary work area consists of pallet storage racking, roller storage, and small item storage shelving. The facility may use powered conveyor systems for the transportation of products. Pallet jacks and forklifts are used for palletized products. Some positions require use of safety equipment, which is provided as needed.


The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $23.17 - $30.13
