Video Production Intern

Job Summary

The multimedia/video production intern is responsible for filming and the post-production for a variety of multimedia and video project types. They are interested in storytelling and capable of working with projects teams to provide the technical support needed to ensure quality storytelling.

Major Duties

  • Applies technical skills with video, audio, and photo editing software (i.e., Premiere and After Effects, Photoshop, Motion) to produce projects

  • Follow templates for video/audio deliverables

  • Publishes to asset management/database tools to secure, catalog, and maintain video/audio assets

  • Catalog and organize footage on the video server.

  • Support in-house studio productions

  • Sources video/audio assets needed for projects

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or technical degree)  in videography, film, multimedia, or equivalent combination of related education and experience

  • Ability to assist in video shoots and editing including set composure, lighting, shot angles, and camera setup, as well as editing using latest industry tools to ensure visual and sound quality.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a larger team

  • Adherence to strict deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time

  • Maintains flexibility throughout the workday and is highly organized

  • Exhibits a professional demeanor with executives, business partners and customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare or Animal Health industry experience
