We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Equipment and Technology Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves promoting, demonstrating, and selling advanced dental equipment and technology solutions to dental practices, clinics, and institutions. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of dental products with exceptional sales skills to drive revenue growth and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and engage potential clients, including dental practices, dental schools, and healthcare providers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for dental professionals.
Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and address pain points.
Cold Calling, Prospecting, Collaborative work with Sales Representatives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Offer after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact for technical and product inquiries.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Stay current with dental technologies, trends, and industry developments.
Educate clients on the benefits, features, and proper use of dental equipment and technology.
Train customers and support staff on product usage as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for management.
Monitor market competition and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare, or related field.
Background in dental, healthcare, or technical sales is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in dental equipment, medical device, or technology sales.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong understanding of dental industry practices and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
