Job Summary
The Repair Center Technician Senior provides advanced repair and diagnostic support by applying broad hands-on experience to resolve both routine and non-routine equipment issues. This role works with limited supervision, supports process improvements, and may assist in training or coaching others while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.

Essential Functions

  • Diagnose, disassemble, repair, reassemble, calibrate, and test complex equipment and components to restore performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot non-routine repair issues, researching causes and interpreting test data to determine appropriate corrective actions
  • Validate repaired products against technical specifications using a range of test and measurement equipment
  • Complete and review repair documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards
  • Identify patterns or trends in failures and contribute input to process, quality, or product improvement initiatives
  • Assist with informal training or technical guidance for entry-level or intermediate technicians
  • Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 3 years of experience in equipment repair, assembly, or technical troubleshooting


Preferred Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in electronics or other related degree


Skills and Abilities

  • Broad mechanical and technical expertise to resolve varied and non-routine repair issues
  • Strong proficiency with test equipment, diagnostic tools, and precision measurement devices
  • Ability to interpret complex technical documentation, specifications, and test results
  • Proficiency in Windows-based systems and repair documentation tools
  • Manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to support root-cause identification
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and provide technical support to others
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional teams to support effective problem resolution and coordination


Preferred Licenses and Certifications

  • Certified Electronics Technician (CET) or previous completion of courses in Industrial Electricity and Digital Electronics Preferred

Environmental Conditions

  • Facility: This position is in a fulfillment center. The fulfillment center is a warehouse for the storage and distribution of dental and/or animal health supplies and equipment. In general, the building’s primary work area consists of pallet storage racking, roller storage, and small item storage shelving. The facility may use powered conveyor systems for the transportation of products. Pallet jacks and forklifts are used for palletized products. Some positions require use of safety equipment, which is provided as needed.


The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $23.17 - $30.13
